Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
Diastola is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The following additional terms also apply.
Not a medical device
Diastola is a log and a reminder. It does not measure blood pressure, diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, or recommend a dose. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Do not delay or change treatment because of anything in the app. In an emergency, call 911.
Reminders and alerts
Reminders and family alerts depend on your device, its settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, battery and network. They may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on Diastola as the only way to take medication on time or to know that someone is safe.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for inviting only people you want to receive alerts about the person whose log it is. If you keep a log for someone else, you confirm you have their permission.
Subscriptions
Diastola offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
